Extremely outdated article on a never-built shopping mall. Existing sources are WP:LOCAL, 404, or both. No other development has occurred here since, and the name has completely evaporated from use other than the street that the theater's on. I was the article's creator a billion years ago, but as other editors have done at least some degree of work I'm not sure if this counts as a G7.
