Unfortunately I don't see a case for notability here. "One of the first" Punjabi-Indian rappers to break into Canada's mainstream music industry, not "the first", therefore no immediate claim to notability; I don't see WP:NPERSON passed, or WP:NACTOR, and WP:NMUSIC looks also to not be a pass unless someone can bring reliable sources for passing the "the most prominent of the local scene of a city" clause of #7. Delete. The sources in the article are WP:REFBOMBing of Discogs, YouTube and IMDb - all of which are WP:UGC and none of which is WP:RS. My searches also turned up Instagram, Facebook and Spotify (yet more UGC), but absolutely nothing third-party and indepth as required by RS. Fails WP:GNG.
