The result was soft delete. No quorum. Despite the previous AfD I'm inclined to treat this as an expired PROD per WP:NOQUORUM. The previous AfD ([[Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Rascals (gang)|under a slightly different name) ended with a unanimous consensus to delete and the nominator's rationale for this AfD is sound.
