An internal corporate code of ethics must fail some kind of WP:NOT, maybe WP:NOTEVERYTHING, WP:NOTMANUAL, or WP:NOTINTRANET if we had one. Curious to see what the community has to say about an article like this. I can envision a mention in Tyco International that it was implemented in the wake of the scandal, but a description of the actual contents of the code of ethics doesn't seem like a fit for an encyclopedia.   • Delete/redirect. Other than a brief 1-2 sentence mention in the main article at Tyco_International#Corporate_scandal_of_2002, I don't really see where we need an article for the guide itself. There are some notable code of conduct books out there, but it's exceedingly rare for them to pass guidelines as a whole because they're so standard.
