Delete. It looks like this work has been cited occasionally in places like Cambridge University Press, however from what I can see it's usually mentioned in relation to the publisher as an example of the types of work it releases. Google Scholar seems to suggest that this is a frequent use of the source. I can't access this journal article, but I'd wager that it's likely more of the same if the book is mentioned in the body of the article. Long story short, I can't really find anything that would show that the book is notable outside of its author or the publishing company he created. I'd say that this should be redirected, but I'm not sure if the author or the publisher would be the better redirect target or if it's really necessary, given that the publisher article doesn't mention it and it's not really something I'd see as a common search term.
