Keep. The article definitely needed some cleanup and better referencing, but that's now been done — and the series won a Gemini Award, which is exactly the tier of top-level national television awards that clinch the inherent notability of a television series regardless of any other problems with the article. For a TV show that aired 15 years ago, by the way, the best sourcing will need to be retrieved from archives (ProQuest, newspapers.com, etc.) rather than being expected to Google well.
