The result was speedy delete as WP:G3, an obvious hoax. If anyone can find evidence of this I'll reopen it, but offhand it looks like this is one of several articles created by an editor known for hoax articles. I've opened an SPI to check for sleepers. Speedy Delete The user that created this article (Phinbella DPRK) has already had multiple hoaxes deleted - Cook Island Television, TVT 2, TVT 3, TVT 4 International - which looked similar to this article and were similarly not supported.
