Article about an apparently non-notable chain of stores. Article makes claims to importance based upon size of the chain (20 stores) but there is no indication that the subject has been the subject of significant, independent coverage in reliable sources, which is the basic inclusion criteria spelled out at WP:N and WP:CORP.
