Non-notable business that only has passing mentions. The sources in article is not sufficient to demonstrate WP:N. Lord Grandwell (talk) 11:16, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete. I could only find a few mentions in Nigerian papers, but they were more about the businessman who owns it or just mentioned it as a venue of some event. It does not seem to be anything more than a WP:MILL hotel. - Tristan Surtel (talk) 20:17, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete per all of the above, and my own standards for hotels. This is actually a great test case. It is in a major city (2nd largest in Nigeria), is large for its location, and has large conference facilities. It's been in some tour guides, but the listings are brief. There were some political meetings there. I can't figure out how old it is, but it's much less than 60 years old. But that's all I could find. If you do find more, please ping me.
