Merge, keeping in mind that at least the middle ref to a blog is non-reliable and has to be discarded. --Hanyangprofessor2 (talk) 05:22, 3 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Merge is fine, although delete could be appropriate as well. This seems to be a POV fork (especially given the article creator seemed aware of the article, Iran student protests, July 1999, given the same infobox is used, but didn't link to that article.
