This article was previously nominated for AfD on 26 June 2013 with a "no consensus" result. I agree with previous nominator reason: "Non-notable engineering sample and test platform. No references to confer notability, and only a small possibility of temporal interest." Furthermore, this article also reads as advertisement. Merge a sentence into Microprocessor_development_board#DSP_evaluation_boards. There is a book devoted to this and the TI DSK 6416 DSP starter kits.Digital Signal Processing and Applications with the C6713 and C6416 DSK, updated revision.
