This article appears to be a WP:COATRACK violation, serving only as a way to make certain that the business and the trial are more closely associated by Google. I can't find much to say about the business itself. —Kww(talk) 19:47, 4 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep and refocus or WP:TNT delete - speaking from a strictly WP:GNG standpoint, this is a weak keep, but to be appropriate it needs to have much much more on the actual company itself and much less on the court case (which can be merged into the case's page if necessary), so I wouldn't object to removing the section or deleting the entire article.
