This appears to be a neologism, probably of the author's own definition. No references and so no indication that the ideology is notable. Robert McClenon (talk) 20:30, 26 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Delete utterly fails WP:NEO, as in, my searches turn up nothing beyond a use of this word by a movie blogger describing a quite different phenomenon "the symbiotism between both characters" and a lone news outlet discussing "the insidious symbiotism between politics and corruption ..."
