The only thing thesubject has atually done, her environmental action, is relatively minor and possibly BLP1E; There does not seem to be any other possible basis for notability. The placement of the list alone is just like any other "100 ...people"--a publicity gimmickThe three BBC items are publicity for their own placement on their list of people whom they want to promote --they all refer to each other. .
