Another California place sourced only to Durham's book of placename origins. I can find no other references to the place, and I'm not comfortable with him as the only source. Mangoe (talk) 01:00, 11 August 2020 (UTC)

- Delete as per nom. No post office. Searching on newspapers.com is a mess because apparently there are many people with the last name "Stoutenburg" (who knew?). I did find "... and they established such mining camps as Stoutenburg". Google Books has a few of trivial mentions: [1], [2], [3], [4] (many of which seem like copyright vio) and a slightly better reference.
