PRODed as "Created by a promotional account (now blocked). All coverage only related to the unveiling ceremony due to celebrities present but fails WP:GNG" and dePRODed as "unveiled by minister - sourcing from 4 different papers, including ToI. Not prod-worthy - try Afd if you want".
