Appears to fail WP:BIO. Article author responded to notability tag by removing it and citing WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS. I failed to find significant coverage in RS about the subject, which is unsurprising since he was a president of a denomination whose membership doesn't break 100, according to our article.
