Article about an organization, which features almost no substance beyond "it exists" and is sourced to just two pieces of relatively WP:ROUTINE local coverage with no evidence of the wider coverage that it takes to clear WP:CORPDEPTH. Something like this would have to operate more than just locally, or at least be getting coverage beyond its own city, to qualify for a Wikipedia article about it.
