I tried to redirect this to Awards and decorations of the Civil Air Patrol#General Carl A. Spaatz Award, which, except for the material plagiarized from [1] (see Wikipedia:Suspected copyright violations for June 9), covers the raison d'etre of this article. The level of Civil Air Patrol achievement fits nicely into that article, but as a stand-alone article this fails WP:ORG. Deor (talk) 04:28, 10 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- redirect to Awards and decorations of the Civil Air Patrol#General Carl A. Spaatz Award and merge there some reasonable text which would not amout to cut and paste from external source. Rationale: the association does not seem to have notability beyond its membership. Timurite (talk) 18:41, 10 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment: The article's text in infringement of [2] has been refactored to remove copyvio content. MLauba (talk) 20:51, 12 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Merge & redirect to Awards and decorations of the Civil Air Patrol#General Carl A. Spaatz Award, no reliable sources supporting a verifiable and neutral article. MLauba (talk) 20:51, 12 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
