Fails WP:MUSICBIO and WP:GNG. I found https://www.allmusic.com/artist/sombrance-mn0002026040 https://www.bbc.co.uk/music/artists/c848b72e-9a35-42e7-a2cf-40d5c30113b0 but neither contains any content. No other RSes online. There could possibly be some print sources, but I don't recall seeing anything about the band in the 80s or 90s in the press I read.
