ːː I probably shouldn't vote as the main editor, however this is a notable (Wikipedia:NCRIME) victim of crime, enough a university (community college?) was named after him and other accolades. I debated to make the article as the assassination event, although he has enough in his life to merit a biography. In terms of environmental protection in India related to mining and the Maoist group, itself notability at its max. Granted, it should be developed.
