Non-notable individual, no significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject and no evidence of satisfying WP:MUSICBIO. The AfC was declined twice by Ammarpad and Bkissin, after which the editor moved the article to the mainspace himself who also appears to have close connection with the subject as per their username.
