Delete. He has held no political office that confers an automatic WP:NPOL pass just because he exists, but none of the references are helping to get him over WP:GNG in lieu: four of the seven are primary sources that do not count as support for notability at all, two are glancing namechecks of his existence in coverage of other things or people (one of which, in fact, mentions his name only in the photographer credits to its images, without mentioning his name in the body text at all), and the only one that's more than trivially about him is from a student newspaper rather than a general-market media outlet — and even if we overlooked the fact that it's student media, it would still just make him a WP:BLP1E.
