Exactly one G-hit for this concept: this article, which is pretty fast work for Google's search engines. Unsourced and the creation of indef blocked SPA Holy islamic state of the Germanic Nation. Delete. A fringe idea which has failed to gain any support among scholars. There may just about be a case for including a brief passing mention of the theory in some article such as Germanic philology, but there is no basis for a free-standing article on the subject.
