Delete - It looks like whatever notability he has is generally linked to being a part of Epoch Networks, which was and is a reasonably important organization it seems. Notability isn't temporary, but it looks like he's not really well known. The company is. I wouldn't be opposed to a redirect over to that page, I guess. Delete - notability of even a CEO is not automatically inherited. In this case, (a) the firms he has worked for or created are not that notable, and (b) there is scant information online about him.
