Nothing currently suggesting better for WP:POLITICIAN and WP:GNG, he was only the Town Supervisor of Amherst, New York (population about 122,000) for 3 years and my searches have only found expected mentions at Books, News and Highbeam. Delete: Does not meet WP:NPOL or WP:ANYBIO as there's a little regional news coverage, and the Acquest Wehrle suit does not appear notable. Has some cited works, but does not appear to meet WP:NACADEMIC.
