Delete - A WP:BEFORE check basically confirmed WilliamJE's suspicions. Links in the article are unnotable news events (WP:NOTNEWS) and there's not much else other than that it exists. There are any number of Chamber of Commerces around, but nothing that makes this one particularly worthy of its own article. Red Phoenix ^talk 14:53, 4 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
