There aren't enough sources available online to warrant a keep on the article. The article itself contains very much unsourced material that I cannot find online to support. Keep Just to clarify, the assembly appoints the Prime Minister so WP:NSUBPOL not applicable as the Prime Minister is part of the executive and not a member of the Supreme Assembly (see section 41 of the Constitution of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on eligibity conditions).
