Ryan Dollard (2nd nomination)[edit]

Non-notable subject, and an apparent conflict of interest in article creation. I very much disagree with the previous AFD, whose outcome of "no consensus" was largely based on the nominator (possibly nominating on bad faith as well as disregarding WP:NPA), and a couple of keep votes that were very weak in my opinion.
