Fails Wikipedia:Notability (people). Wintner's name has been mentioned only in passing in maybe 2 or 3 news articles about digital film or 3D, because he was a mid level manager at Technicolor and an executive at a small film tech company. But to meet the notability criteria, he would have had to have been the subject of these stories, not just a name that cropped up in one sentence for a quote.
