Delete because he fails Wikipedia:Notability (people). He is a journalist. All of the references are to his work, where he is briefly quoted, or to family members. See some details on these at article's talk page. There is no coverage of the person, much less significant coverage in reliable, published secondary sources. There has been no attempt to improve the article since the author was notified of these problems a month ago. It appears to be just a well-written vanity piece.
