Keep. He won a Gemini Award in 2004, which is the kind of major acting award that clinches actor notability right on its face, and better reliable sources do exist to repair the article with. Notability for Wikipedia purposes is based on the existence of suitable sources, not on whether they're all already in the article or not, and Richard Chevolleau's sourcing can be, and has been, repaired.
