Contested prod. There is not a single indication that this restaurant chain (of five locations, with a sixth upcoming, per the company website) meets any of the criteria of WP:CORP. Aecis·(away) talk 22:22, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Strong Keep meets notability guidelines and WP:CORP. 127 News hits on Goggle news[1], including Minneapolis Star Tribune Business Wire, MarketWatch, Nation's Restaurant News, Food Business Review, Burlington County Times, Chicago Tribune, Nation's Restaurant News, Miami Today, etc.
Wikipedia policy states that editors should attempt to see if a article is notable before nominating it for deletion, and deletion should be a last resort WP:PRESERVE, Wikipedia:Notability, Wikipedia:Deletion, Wikipedia:Introduction to deletion process, Wikipedia:Potential, not just current state. These steps clearly were not done in this case.travb (talk) 03:32, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Thank you for volunteering to fix this article. :) Flopsy Mopsy and Cottonmouth (talk) 04:19, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- So you know exactly what I did, how I did it and when I did it? Aecis·(away) talk 12:19, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. It just a restaurant chain--and most of those touted news links appear to be press releases. Come back when you have something other to say than, "it's a restaurant chain that got some financing according to these here press releases." --Calton | Talk 05:47, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Comment This just isn't Redstone American Grill's day, as witness this article from Thursday, January 8: [2]. Mandsford (talk) 19:26, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- On the first picture of the gallery, I think I see File:WilliamOfOrange1580.jpg, behind the candles. As a Dutchman, I like it :) Aecis·(away) talk 22:17, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- That story seems to add some notability to the subject. Did I read elsewhere that the chain is one of several the guy owns? Is there a place to merge it? Is the founder notable? ChildofMidnight (talk) 22:18, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete - per WP:NOT#DIR. Verifiability is not the same thing as Notability. Just because this place exists and someone decided to write something, somewhere about it, doesn't make it notable. Trusilver 08:28, 11 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep - I just recently expanded the article with several sources that more than meet the standards of WP:V, WP:RS, and WP:PSTS. All combined the article easily meet the standards of WP:Note. --Jeremy ( Blah blah...) 08:30, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- I disagree. While the article has been improved a lot, the sources provided only establish the company's existence (which was never in doubt), not its notability. The only reliable source is Bizjournals, but their article is about Vlahos, not about Redstone. Aecis·(away) talk 21:06, 13 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- I'm sorry that you disagree, but when major publications do a story on a subject, that usually indicates notability. Nation's Restaurant News and McClatchy-Tribune are major publications and news services and their articles are about the subject. --Jeremy ( Blah blah...) 03:00, 14 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep The Star Tribune story is substantial coverage. And the articles discussing the owner relate to the restaurant and let's not forget there is no article on the founder so he is covered only here as part of this article. ChildofMidnight (talk) 00:42, 14 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
