Raymond Clement[edit]
Delete. I don't believe that this subject satisfies the criteria of WP:BIO. No sources are given to support the claim that he is a "well-known software developer". Google hits for "Raymond Clement"+IBM total 19, while those for "Ray Clement"+IBM total 26, most of which are about a Canadian research scientist.
