Speedy Keep and suggest to withdraw. Multiple reliable sources (present in the article or otherwise) say that this is the author of several best-selling novels. There are reviews, interviews and articles in all Indian leading newspapers and magazines. Also his editor is Penguin, that doesn't sound like "self-publish" to me.
