Subject of the biography fails WP:BIO and WP:GNG. The requirement is that there must be multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other and intellectually independent of the subject. The second source, i.e. the article published in Phnom Penh Post[1] – is a direct interview and cannot be deemed to be independent of the subject. — Nearly Headless Nick {c} 19:38, 14 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
