- Weak keep if someone is willing to do a cleanup and correct his position title because he did exist[1]. He was on the board of Iowa Corn-Hog Commission as part of the Agricultural Adjustment Administration (1933-1935) and was a member of the state U.S. Department of Agriculture War Board (1941-1946).
