Keep (but will someone please expand). So there are trains in Inner Mongolia. Then the topic is clearly notable and we will, in the fullness of time be wanting an article on it. Keep Neither redirection nor merging with Rail transport in China would actually achieve anything. It is the lack of information that is the problem at present, and as pointed out by Biscuittin it is only by following the category link that it is possible to discover what rail provision exists. That is not too difficult to remedy. The statement about how the railways are administered is a valid and important piece of information that should be included in the article, and it is a reasonable search term. We do not delete articles simply because they are stubs, and I am with Andy Dingley here. --AJHingston (talk) 01:02, 9 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Keep It is not a one line stub. There is a list of rail lines in Inner Mongolia each of which links to articles that are more than simple stubs. For example, did you know that the world's last mainline steam train service was on the Jining–Tongliao Railway in Inner Mongolia. As Andy Dingley said above, this may be a stub today but it isn't going to be a stub tomorrow. There is an notable article waiting to be created here.
