Delete Definitely doesn't meet the threshold of WP:CRIME; a minor government official arrested for corruption is certainly not novel, and the coverage entirely extends from that content (so a textbook BLP1E.) With the caveat that we're only a few months out from the story, there doesn't appear to be sustained coverage that this is a major story that has continued on or had material effects beyond the single criminal case as of yet.
