Non-notable mayor of a small town in California. A Wikipedia article for a different El Monte mayor, Ernest Gutierrez, was recently deleted as he was found to be non-notable. Also nominating another mayor of the same town who is equally non-notable:

- Delete The secondary sources are all fairly WP:ROTM for any local politician and not enough to establish WP:NOTABILITY or significant coverage per WP:POLITICIAN. While there may be physical papers that mention him that I don't have access to, the only sources I could find are the two already in the article.
