Not a notable person. In the history you can find where apparently he did something naughty and was dismissed, information that the article's creator didn't seem to appreciate. It's not reliably sourced anyway. Subject has--apparently--been given two awards, but being one out of 50 great rabbis in the neighborhood isn't all it used to be, and receiving some recognition from AIPAC is also not enough for notability, IMO.
