  • Keep There are only three television networks in Albania: News 24 (Albania); Ora News; and Vizion Plus (Albania). The title of this article might be better as Ora News. I have added text with citations to the article and an external link to third party programme listings. --Bejnar (talk) 04:50, 8 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Weak keep under the suggested renaming. There's a Springer book that mentions this station as a major player in Albanian advertising (these Springer digital books are peer-reviewed but often low quality). I also found a commendation from an OCSE official, in an interview with the channel - not a RS, but an indication that they might exist in Albanian. I found a couple of academic articles in English behind paywalls, but even the most popular TV channel in Albania (Top Channel) hardly shows up in Google Scholar. There is just a dearth of English-language coverage of the whole country: the academic literature is often in German; journalism is just as likely to be in Italian.
