Someone please correct me if I am wrong here, but isn't this a case of notability being inherited? The film for which he was producer was nominated for a national award— that makes the film notable, but the producer? (the associate producer? The editor? The director? The gaffer? etc.?). A google search turns up twitter, facebook, IMDb, LinkedIn, various directory listings, photographs of him, and ample discussion of the film, but I am not finding discussion of him directly.
