Delete: per nom. The only independent source I could find was from one of Qatar's local newspapers. I don't see any lasting significance so it fails WP:NEVENTS. Dr. Swag Lord (talk) 09:02, 11 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Comment al-Jazeera covered it [1] but they are technically local press here. The article is low-quality and promotional; I expect that if the second edition occurs as planned later this year there will easily be enough coverage to justify an article.
