Prod removed. Original author blocked for sockpuppetry which may be ongoing. Article is about a minimally notable blogger. Seems to be promotional in intent but not so flagrantly as to be speedily deletable. Previously deleted under name Qassim Abdulkareem Qassim with similar content.
