- Keep. Plenty of third-party sources are given in the article for this ICTY case. The article just needs a little clean-up, it was obviously written by a new user. That's not a valid reason to delete it. If you're not willing to do any formatting work yourself, please tag such articles with {{wikify}} and/or {{tone}} as appropriate instead of trying to delete them.
