Keep. A cursory search reveals the subject receives independent coverage in a discrete encyclopedic entry in Women in World History: A Biographical Encyclopedia (Yorkin Publications and Gale Group, 1999), 220. The article's current content being over-focused on genealogy does not on its own mean the page should not exist (see WP:ARTN). Leaving the page in existence will provide a chance for editors with more experience in the subject area, and who may be able to find further sourcing, to come across the topic.
