This is yet another genealogical entry. The subject appears to have attracted no significant coverage other than in genealogical publications. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, however, not a dumping ground for genealogy of obscure make-believe princes. See WP:NOTGENEALOGY policy. The subject's military career is similarly obscure; the focus is obviously on his descendants, low-profile, private individuals. I see no indication that the topic might pass WP:BASIC or WP:GNG.
