The article does not describe its subject, instead, it seems to justify Portugal's purchase of the Pandur II. The Portuguese version of the Pandur II does not justify such an article, it is not different enough from the base model. In addition to that, the base article already describes the subject – in its current state, this article is nothing but opinion promotion and fails to comply with Wikipedia's point-of-view forks policy.
