  • Comment: In-depth coverage in Matichon Weekly and Siamsport (both in article), should satisfy GNG. --Paul_012 (talk) 18:34, 10 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
These appear to be more like routine sports coverage of his appearances on various cards of the One Championship promotion and his switching from kickboxing to MMA. I question that these qualify as meeting WP:GNG. He obviously doesn't meet the notability criteria for MMA fighters, so the article needs to meet the general notability guidelines. Papaursa (talk) 21:35, 10 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The Matichon piece goes into such detail as his birth, childhood life and lack of schooling, inspiration, past Muay Thai career, etc. I think this is more than routine coverage. --Paul_012 (talk) 04:21, 11 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I defer to your native Thai language skills, but one source is generally insufficient to meet WP:GNG. It would be good if you could find other sources since he needs to meet the GNG to have this article kept. My search for sources in English found nothing to support a claim of notability. Papaursa (talk) 03:36, 14 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
There are other news sources that have articles profiling him,[1][2][3] but aren't quite as in-depth. I think the Kom Chad Luek article (final link), at least, constitutes significant coverage though. --Paul_012 (talk) 15:02, 14 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

ONE Championship is not top tier so does not contribute toward WP:NMMA.PRehse (talk) 08:49, 29 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete He has no top tier fights so WP:NMMA is not met. As I said before the question is whether or not he meets WP:GNG. Because my Thai language skills are weak, I had a Thai friend read (and translate for me) the articles Paul_012 recommended. They all were in advance of an upcoming MMA fight card. One of those articles did also give some biographical background on Pongsiri Mitsatit, but in my view that is not enough to meet GNG's requirement of multiple independent, reliable sources. His Muay Thai career also did not meet the notability critiera for kickboxers at WP:NKICK. Papaursa (talk) 23:43, 29 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
